Delivery & Shipping
What it costs, how long it takes, and where we ship. Exact shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight and destination.

UK delivery
- Free UK delivery on orders over £100 (inc. VAT).
- Under £100, UK shipping is weight-based, from £3.95 (small parts) up to £24.95 for large/heavy items.
- UK Standard: 2–4 working days. UK Express: 1–2 working days (small surcharge).
Europe & worldwide
- Europe: typically 4–8 working days, weight-based.
- Rest of World: typically 6–14 working days, weight-based.
- The exact cost for your destination is shown at checkout once you enter your address — or use the estimator in your cart.
Import duties & taxes: orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility; they aren't included in our prices or shipping charges.
Dispatch & processing
- In-stock parts ordered before 2pm (working days) are usually dispatched the same or next working day.
- Some genuine OEM parts are sourced to order — these show an estimated lead time on the product page and in your cart.
- You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.
